POSITION: Project Manager/Draftsman

  • Coordinate all permit submission requirements
  • Follow the permit process with municipalities in order to obtain final approvals in a timely manner
  • Research of permitting procedures, requirements, timelines, and fees with various city and/or county agencies.
  • Maintain team project schedules and research timeframes for new or current projects; identify areas of concerns
  • Track the status and maintain schedules for project submittals
  • Fill out applications, request checks with Clients, coordinate submittal packages with Clients
  • Submit plans for review to governing agencies, obtain comments, and obtain approvals and permits
  • Communicate with clients to request additional information and keep them constantly informed on the status of their projects
2.
  • High School diploma; Associates or Bachelors degree is a plus
  • 0-3 years experience in an office environment
  • Flexible schedule to meet deadlines
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license and insurance
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills (phone, email, interpersonal)
  • Possess strong organizational and teamwork skills
  • Proficient with AutoCAD
